    彩云之南

    昨儿去舞蹈工作室，跟着佳女练了半个小时民族舞，今天起来手臂后背疼啊疼，果然2个月没伸胳膊拉腿还是不行啊
    藏族舞、新疆舞、云南舞，比较起来，还是最喜欢云南舞，配得彩云之南的曲子，超爱
    默默分析了下，中国民族舞和NEW JAZZ的最大区别在于：民族舞对手臂的小肌肉群用的更多，从大臂到指尖，一直得绷着；NEW JAZZ好歹有紧有驰的，重点在胸腰和大腿
    不厚道的埋怨句，平板的人跳民族才美！
